We want you to be completely satisfied with Hyperpace. If you're not happy with our Service, we offer a straightforward refund policy to make things right.

2. Free Trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. We recommend using this period to fully evaluate whether Hyperpace meets your needs before subscribing to a paid plan.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial paid subscription
  • You experience significant service disruptions that we cannot resolve
  • You were charged in error due to a technical issue

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals after the 14-day refund period
  • Partial months of service
  • Add-on services or custom development work
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at billing@hyperpace.io with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund
  3. We will respond within 2 business days

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the credit.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation:

  • You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion
